⏱ 45-Day Lien Window

Subcontractors have 45 days from the last day of providing work or materials to file a builder's lien on the land title. BizPro tracks this for you and sends alerts.

💰 10% Holdback Rule

General contractors must retain 10% of all payments from owners until 45 days after substantial completion — protecting subtrades from non-payment.

⚖️ Dispute Before Lien
